The government’s user experience manager hosts UX Office Hours once a month on the last Thursday of the month.
This is a dedicated time when project teams can drop in and:
- get help selecting an appropriate user research technique;
- get feedback on a user research plan;
- get advice on how to design a user research study;
- review testing results and determine solutions to usability issues;
- practice administering user research; and
- meet other people conducting similar work and learn about what other teams are working on.
