Your eServices service delivery manager will coordinate this work with the project team and the eServices portfolio manager.

Find a vendor

eServices for Citizens will assist the department service or website owner to find a suitable vendor. We'll select the vendor from one of our Standing Offer Agreements based on the type of work and their availability to complete the work.

Contract a vendor

The process you use to contract the work – direct award or public tender – will depend on your budget and the government's procurement limits.

  1. We'll work with the vendor to prepare a budget, scope, and project timeframe.
  2. The vendor will submit a quote, including the scope, time, and budget.
  3. The department service or website owner and eServices will approve the quote.
  4. eServices will generate the contract.

Network access and other accounts

eServices will help the department service or website owner determine what access your vendor will need to complete the work.

See how to get an account for various government platforms.

Complete vendor training

Depending on the nature of the project, developers may need to complete the appropriate Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (ATIPP) or Health Information Privacy and Management Act (HIPMA) training. This training is available on the government's internal website. The department service or website owner will help coordinate access.
