Rule
- Every document, publication and form must use a document page.
- Every document, publication and form must meet an identified user need.
- Each form must include its individual number on the form and in the meta description but not in the file name.
Purpose
To provide useful contextual information for users about what a document, publication or form is about, including its size, format and when it was last updated. Because of limited connectivity in Yukon, the document page provides users with an option to decide first whether a document, publication or form is what they need before they download it. Research indicates this is both an important and necessary extra step.
